This may include services such as medication administration, basic wound care, nutrition assistance, monitoring of chronic conditions, pain management and mobility assistance.

Suitable for patients who have stable chronic conditions, are post-hospital recovery cases, or need regular medical attention that doesn't require full-time monitoring.

Inclusions :

In addition to general care services, skilled nursing will include services such as basic wound care dressing and changes, changing and cleaning of urinary catheter or colostomy bag, non-tube feeding support, mobility assistance and fall prevention.
