This welcome offer is available to first-time MyCare customers who book or purchase an eligible service through any official MyCare booking channel, including the MyCare website, mobile application, telephone, WhatsApp, or direct booking with the MyCare team.

  • A 10% discount applies to eligible MyCare services only.
  • The offer is available once per new customer and cannot be used for subsequent bookings or purchases.
  • A first-time customer means a customer who has not previously booked, purchased, or received a paid MyCare service.
  • MyCare may verify eligibility using the customer’s name, mobile number, email address, patient record, payment details, or other booking information.
  • Home Nursing Services are excluded from this promotion.
  • The discount applies only to services offered at their regular price and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, package rate, corporate rate, insurance benefit, voucher, membership benefit, or special offer arranged previously.
  • The discount applies to eligible service fees only. It does not apply to medications, prescription products, medical supplies, consumables, laboratory or diagnostic charges, delivery charges, transportation charges, pharmacy charges, or other third-party costs unless expressly stated.
  • The offer must be claimed at the time of booking or before payment is completed. It cannot be applied retrospectively to previous bookings, completed services, or payments already processed.
  • The discount has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • All services remain subject to medical assessment, clinical eligibility, healthcare professional approval, and appointment availability where applicable.
  • The offer is subject to service and appointment availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by MyCare at any time without prior notice.
  • Any eligible booking that has already been confirmed and fully paid before the offer is modified or withdrawn will continue under the promotional terms confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Standard MyCare Terms & Conditions, cancellation policy, return and refund policy, payment terms, and applicable service-specific terms shall continue to apply.
